You have chosen one of our kayaks, canoes or equipments or are about to do so? Our guarantee conditions, described below, will allow you to make your choice confidently.
OUR KAYAKS AND CANOES
The KAYAK AND CANOE guarantee is 2 years from the date of purchase. It applies to all our new polyethylene ranges (1st grade, excluding seconds quality or secondhand), for use by the general public. Thus it excludes service suppliers, hirers, sports clubs and associations, and any organisation carrying out loan or hire of the said equipment (special guarantee conditions are granted to this type of customer). You should approach the distributor who invoiced the product. The guarantee covers the replacement or restoration to good condition of equipment showing a recognised defect or non-conformance. It does not apply to breakages resulting from incorrect use, nor to damage experienced during transport. It does not apply to parts referred to as “consumables” (barrel strap, handles and other PU keels). If your equipment is out of warranty, our nearest distributor will be able to help you to find the best solution.
OUR EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
The EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase for the first purchaser of a new article. It applies to all our paddle, jacket, windcheater, and trolley ranges for consumer use. It thus excludes services suppliers, hirers, sports clubs and associations, and any organisation carrying out loan or hire of the said equipment (special guarantee conditions are granted to this type of customer). The guarantee covers replacement or repair of equipment showing a recognised defect or non-conformance. It does not apply to breakages resulting from incorrect use, nor to damage experienced during transport. For tears, breakages or wear outside the guarantee, which depends on the equipment we are available to help you to find the best solution. You should approach the distributor who invoiced the product.
THE SERIAL NUMBER ((Where do I find it?)
In order to carry out production monitoring and ease the search for any information, a serial number is written on each of the kayaks and canoes from our production. You will find it useful in the event of theft or to activate the guarantee. The following list tells you the precise location on the boat where its serial number is located. Note it and REGISTER your product as soon as possible.
